Our exercise plan is a great way to keep fit and in shape. We offer an online monthly package, which you can do from anywhere in the world. They are mainly HIIT sessions to timed music, keeping them ideal for many fitness types!

Our diet plan includes a monthly plan, detailing exactly when and what to eat, making it easy for you to follow, without distractions. It comes with recipes for all meals with easy to follow instructions as well as macros detailing exactly how much you are having of each (calories/carbs etc).
Each month, you will receive new recipes to add to the plan, to keep it interesting!
If you are not wanting the exercise just yet, but are wanting to improve your diet, this would be just perfect for you!

Exercise for Mental Health Benefits
Something that is often overlooked is how important exercise is for our mental health. It genuinely releases the same hormones that certain medication does. We have experience with many different kinds of mental health, from eating disorders, depression and stress, to bipolar, dementia and personality disorders.
Recipe Books and Plans
We believe in teaching others what we know, which is why we have created our very own recipes books. We have many different books, from general healthy recipes, to low carb, high protein and more. We also have dairy free, gluten free and vegetarian books available.
All of our recipe books detail how many calories are in each meal as well as how many carbs, how much protein etc. Each recipe also has a key detailing whether they are gluten free, dairy free, freezable and lots more to make it easier for you.
