Our online sessions are bodyweight workouts to timed music, delivered via zoom.

Our exercise sessions that are delivered in person are held at Mala Dance Studios, Benfleet. Currently we have the following sessions running:

Fitness sessions to club music, with glowsticks and flashing lights!
Saturday 2:00pm Family Boxercise

We have personal training packages available for face to face and online training.

Exercise for Mental Health Benefits
Something that is often overlooked is how important exercise is for our mental health. It genuinely releases the same hormones that certain medication does. We have experience with many different kinds of mental health, from eating disorders, depression and stress, to bipolar, dementia and personality disorders.
Recipe Books and Plans
We believe in teaching others what we know, which is why we have created our very own recipes books. We have many different books, from general healthy recipes, to low carb, high protein and more. We also have dairy free, gluten free and vegetarian books available.
All of our recipe books detail how many calories are in each meal as well as how many carbs, how much protein etc. Each recipe also has a key detailing whether they are gluten free, dairy free, freezable and lots more to make it easier for you.
All books are available as ebook option or hardbook.
We also two different transformation courses, Body Transformation and Mind & Body Transformation.
We have our Body Transformation Course, inclusive of exercise plans and diet plans and also our Mind & Body Transformation course which is also inclusive of mindset and behaviour changes.

Exercise Training Programme
Our exercise plan is designed to work for everyone. The easy to follow videos and details show easy and harder options, making it suitable for everyone, assisting you in achieving your own personal goals. It is easy to follow, detailing what to do, when to do it and exactly how to perform each exercise! All programmes are designed for you to be able to do them in your own home. They are based mainly on body weight exercises, so there is no need for expensive equipment. We have designed this programme to be realistic and achievable!
You will receive an easy to follow diet plan, with recipes for each meal provided for you to use at any time in the future. Each recipe has macros included so that you can see how many calories, how much fats, how many carbs etc you are absorbing. We help you to learn what to eat, when to eat and how to eat it.
You get our full support throughout the programme. Using our easy to download app, you have everything in one place, including the easiest way to message us in real time. We will be there to help you every step of the way.
Added extra with the Mind & Body Course:
Our mind training is all part of the same programme to ensure that it is easy for to follow on our step by step app. It details information and provides lessons for you to follow each day throughout your plan, ensuring that you are improving your mental wellbeing as well as physical health.
