Join us on zoom for your online exercise sessions to timed music! 

Each 45 minute session is filled with bodyweight exercises that you can do in your own home! 

Current sessions times are:

Monday 6.15am and 7pm

Wednesday 6.15am and 6pm

Thursday 6pm

Friday 6.15am

There is no contract, so you just sign up one month at a time - you can stop at any time, not that you would want to!!
