Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, feel better about yourself or you are training for something more specific, our body transformation courses can give you the results that you are looking for.
You will receive a personalised training plan, nutrition and diet plan and full support that are all fully customised for you. They are lifestyle focused and they make results fully achievable!
Founder and Body Transformation Coach, Hayley White, wants to show the world that transforming your body through diet and exercise doesn't have to be a boring, un-achievable task. It is very achievable and if you do it right, it can be very enjoyable!
Hayley first qualified as a gym instructor in 2004 and has since progressed her career, working in different environments and achieving further qualifications to develop and broaden her skills. Hayley is a qualified personal trainer, dance teacher and nutritional advisor. She has completed many fitness courses over the years covering subjects such as Fitness for Ante natal and Post natal clients, Sports Psychology and Fitness for Mental Health Benefits in order that she can provide more specialist education to others. She also attends other fitness courses regularly to ensure she is up to speed with everything going on in the industry as well as laws and legislation.
At Sane Fitness, our focus is on providing Health and Fitness services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction and we will do everything possible to meet your expectations.
